All prices are in Thai Baht and are inclusive of tax and service charges.
The deposit payment required is to cover 50% of your stay
Prices are Exclusive of breakfast in the low and high season and Inclusive in the peak season.

A safety box is included within each villa
Extra beds are 300 Baht a night for daily and weekly rentals in the low and high season and 400 Baht per night in the peak season.
Baby Cots are 150 Baht a night
Children under 12 may share a bed with parents free of charge.

Booking Restrictions
The Minimum Stay is 3 days on the Full Moon period.
The Minimum Stay at Christmas is 5 nights.
The Minimum Stay at New Year is 7 nights.
Compulsory Gala Dinners - New Year (31st Dec) - 1,500 Baht per person, Children under 12 are 800 Baht per person.
